WE MOVETALENT.
Distinct voices. Unstoppable ambition.
Management, development and production
for the ones creating what comes next.
TALENT IS EVERYWHERE.
LEGACY IS RARE.
Mega Motion is an independent talent management, development and production company. We work with comedians, actors, creators and writers with a point of view—and somewhere to take it.
From the first set to the next screen, we connect the people, projects and opportunities that move a career forward.
TALENT
RECOGNIZES
TALENT.
Founded by Kyle Massey, Mega Motion puts the artist’s perspective at the center of management.
We believe a career is built through the work: developing material, making connections, creating projects and showing up ready for the next opportunity.
Our approachMOTION
NIGHTS.
The next voice.
The first room.
The moment it clicks.
THE WORLD

Black. Chrome. Electric blue.
The same independent spirit, in every form.
For the talent. For the collaborators.
For what comes next.
